Dear ma'am/sir, 

I appreciate your efforts in processing and delivering the PhilID cards to the millions of Filipinos who have registered for the PhilSys. However, I urgently need my physical PhilID card for a transaction that does not accept the ePhilID as a valid proof of identity.This is very important for me and I hope you can understand my situation.
