I would like to request the following documents and data. It  its sole intended use is for educational purposes.

1. Plan showing the land extent of BuCor NBP (including the maximum, medium, and minimum-security compound)
2. Plan showing the designation of facilities for rehabilitation and activity of minimum, medium, maximum, and other sec. compounds
3. List of rehabilitation programs and vocational training for:
o Minimum-security PDLs
o Medium-security PDLs
o Maximum-security PDLs
4. Scheduled time outside prison cell of maximum, minimum, and medium-security PDLs

We were able to determine that the requested information about Plans on BuCor Facilities are listed as Classified Information as stated in the  BuCor FOI Documents/Information Classification (see attached). Moreover, available information about the list of PDL Rehabilitation Programs as well as the PDL daily routine of activity are hereto attached.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
