Good day! As an architecture student working on my architectural thesis, may you kindly provide the necessary information and statistics mentioned below:

1. Recidivism rate in the Philippines and the causes of reoffending.
2. Congestion rate of existing 7 state prison facilities in the country.
3. Probable areas and/or site for new Prison facility especially here in Misamis Oriental.
4. Prison Design Guidelines (floor plans and other related design considerations)
5. What are your thoughts on Humane Prisons?
6. If there is a Humane Prison, which type of Prisoners shall it accommodate? Why?
