Hi! 

I have seen news report on envisioning the New Bilibid Prison Reservation as a future commercial zone of BuCor. I am interested with conducting a study on how former prison areas can be a commercial area. With this, may I request for: 

(1) Current Base Map/ Zoning of NBP Reservation 
(2) Current Plans for NBP Development
(3) If there is any, initial studies and plans for NBP as a commercial zone (Feasibility Studies, Zoning of NBP, etc).
