Hi. can I please get the data by now? it is very needed for my thesis study and I have a deadline to catch. please sir!

I would like to request a data and information of the following:

1. Annual percentage or frequency of PDL in Negros Occidental (by Cities & Municipalities)
being transferred to the seven correctional institutions in the Philippines.
2. Crime Analysis of PDL from age 18 to 60 years old specifically male and female in Negros
Occidental (by Cities & Municipalities). 
3. Percentage of PDL that has a sentence of three (3) years and above who has not yet been
transferred in 2
