Magandang araw po Mam/Sir. Ako po ang kapatid ni Rogelio Estalloso PDL (N214P-2261) nasa DAPECOL ngayon. Sana po ay mapadali po ang pag endorse sa kanya sa Board of Pardons and Parole upang makalaya na po sya sa lalong madaling panahon. Ang actual detention service with GCTA ng akin pong kapatid ay umabot na po ng 16 year at 22 days. At ang kanya pong full detention service ay 18 years. Sumobra na po sa minimum detention service ang kanya pong naserbisyohan sa loob. Sana ay maawa po kayo sa kapatid ko at sana ay makalaya na siya sa lalong madaling panahon dahil gusto na po namin syang makasama
