Hi, pwede po ba ako mag request nang MSEC deliberation para sa aking ama na 82 years old na at may sakit. Nasa Maximum Security Compound po siya. RUDY ABAYA ONG, N208P-3111 dorm 9C1. Humihinge po ako nang tulong na mabigyan nang executive clemency ang aking ama para makasama pa po namen siya  17 years na po siyang naka piit.
