1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan 
2. Zoning Ordinance 
3. Urban Land Use Plan 
4. Physical and Socio-Economic Profile 
4. Maps (e.g. Topography, Soil, Vegetation, Hydrology, Public Utilities, Road Networks, Social Services, Infrastructures, etc.)
