Thank you for your request dated Apr 11, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. 

You asked for the Basis of computation of water supply demand for residential and commercial bldg. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Per your FOI request, the purpose of the data being requested will be “for the right sizing of water tanks” however, you also  mentioned, “This is to request any data or formula used in determining the water demand for residents in Baguio City.”

With the two separate ideas for the information being requested, our office is quite confused due to the inconsistency of the purpose of the information being requested thus, we advise you to resend a clearer explanation of your request. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi.bwd.fro@gmail.com.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
