Hi! I would like to request for documents regarding the list of accredited or approved internal organizations within the Cagayan State University, specifically in Carig Campus.

Specifically I'd like to ask for the following records if they are publicly available:

1.) Names of Organizations approved or accredited within the timeframe I specified;
2.) The names of the president or officers of these organizations (without their contact details or address if possible, in respect to their privacy)
3.) Audit report/liquidation of the funds or membership fees collected from students.
