Hi Carmona Water District,

We are Hiraya Water, the country’s pioneer in smart water management. We are a technology company funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

R-TAP, our flagship product, is an intelligent supply and pressure management system that helps water districts:
- Increase billed volume
- Reduce NRW 
- Eliminate intermittent supply
- Increase efficiency of man power

We are requesting the production data to conduct a feasibility study of installation of R-TAP at Carmona Water District.


The information requested was denied because the data requested is considered confidential Information under Section 4, 2.5 of Exception List - B.4.
