You asked for Financial Statement.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://carmonawd.gov.ph/coa-financial-reports/.

But if you will use the CWD Financial Statement for your research, you need to submit first the letter of request address to our General Manager, Aniline B. Francia. Unless, otherwise, we may take legal action against you for using CWD financial documents without approval.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Luisa May F. Laura at customerservice@carmonawd.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
