Response to your request:

Your FOI request is DENY because it contradicts Presidential Decree No. 198, also known as “The Provincial Water Utilities Act of 1973" and Presidential Decree No. 768, amending PD No. 198. If you would like to appeal this denial, you may submit an appeal within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of this letter to the Board of Directors of Carmona Water District.
