To whom it may concern, 

I have graduated from Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) in year 2014.

Due to some difficulties I couldn’t take my Certificates. Now I am married and working as an Overseas Filipino Worker in Qatar and my Education Certificates are essential in processing my residence visa. 

Kindly advise if it is possible to send me the requested documents through LBC/ DHL? And if yes, what documents should I provide to you and how much are the fees?
