While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, please contact Ms. Ligaya Fuentes, BAC Secretariat at 034-7120006 local 142 or at bacsec@chmsu.edu.ph. She will be able to act on your request in accordance with the updated 2016 Revised IRR of RA No. 9184 (as of 01 July 2023) under Rule VII, Section 22, specifically at 22.4
