Good day!

This is Mark Frey, General Manager/COO of JPA Agency, Inc. We have already purchase the bid docs for the Janitorial Services. May we seek your kind assistance in furnishing us a copy of the minutes of meeting of the Pre-Bid Conference for the said Janitorial Services which took place at bidding room dated October 18, 2023. This is for our reference on things that were missed and what things to be done.
