As of this moment  I have the copy of LTOM IN 2015 EDITION. May I request for the soft  copy of 2019 2nd edition is more updated and easy to comprehend.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have 2nd Edition Of Local Treasury Operations Manual, the information you have requested is not applicable in our office.
