Hi!

May I request for a copy of the National Achievement Test (NAT) Results for Grade 10 for 2018, 2019,  2020, 2021 and 2022 in the following Level;
(1) Overall National Performance/Rating
(2) Overall Performance of Region 5 and the individual Performance/Rating of the different School Division
(3) Individual Performance/Rating of the Schools in Catanduanes

I need this as I am currently doing research comparing different schools in the Division of Catanduanes, and their performance in the past 3 years.

Dear Elmer,

I refer to my letter of Feb 01, 2024 09:54:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for tional Achievement Test (NAT) Results for Grade 10 for 2018, 2019,  2020, 2021 and 2022.

To process your request, kindly submit the following documents:

a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.

Please be informed that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
