Good morning.

I would like to know the details of what happened to the 2022 SRI of my late wife, ENA JOSEL F. PORTILLO-SAN MIGUEL, which I have not claimed.  I approached the DepEd Rizal Office on this matter, but the staff gave me different excuses each time I asked for an update.  The last information that Mr. Michael Carlo Mechilina provided to me was on Sept. 15, 2023, in which he said the check was “for signature.”  Unfortunately, I have not claimed anything since then despite several follow-ups.  
Based on the preceding, I hope to receive clarification and a definite answer on the statu
