I am writing to formally request a copy of the DECS Service Manual 2000 in accordance with Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. My name is Lloyd John T. Morales, and I have the honor of serving as the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Grade 12 Representative of Valencia National High School (VNHS).
As the elected voice of my fellow students, I am deeply committed to understanding and upholding their rights and interests. To fulfill this responsibility effectively, I believe it is crucial to be well-versed in the policies and procedures that govern DepEd operations. Having access to the DECS Service Manual 2000 would be an invaluable resource in this endeavor.
This comprehensive manual outlines the legal framework guiding DepEd activities at all levels. By delving into its pages, I will gain a thorough understanding of:
