Gentlemen:
This is to formally request for a list of private schools and/or learning centers in the municipality of Daraga, province of Albay.
Such data will be used as reference by this office considering that one of the seats in our Board of Directors is a representative coming from an educational institution pursuant to Section 8 of PD 198 as amended. Such representative must be connected with such educational institution either as an officer, employee, teacher, owner/stockholder or consultant. Further, it is should be noted that the same educational institution must be within the territory of Water District, in this case, in Daraga, Albay, and is privately-owned and duly recognized and accredited by the Department of Education, per LWUA MC No. 005.16 dated June 6, 2016
Hoping you could provide us the list for our reference and database, as also required of us by the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA). Thank you very much.
