Dear Joaquin,

Our deepest apologies for this very late response to your FOI request. Our FOI system has encountered various technical difficulties these past few months which we were able to remedy only last January 15, 2020.

As this response comes many weeks after you made your request, we realize that it may no longer serve your purposes.

Just the same, we want to inform you that our office, DOST-FPRDI, is not the agency in-charge of information on ENDANGERED PHILIPPINE WILDLIFE.

The subject matter is within the mandate of the DENR's Parks and Wildlife Bureau. Please feel free to contact them in case you need their help.

Thank you, and again – please accept our deepest apologies.

Very truly yours,

ROMULO T. AGGANGAN
DOST-FPRDI Director
