Dear Erica,

Our deepest apologies for this very late response to your FOI request. Our FOI system has encountered various technical difficulties these past few months which we were able to remedy only last January 15, 2020.

As this response comes many weeks after you have made your request, we realize that it may no longer serve your purposes.

Just the same, we are sending you as an attachment a summary description of our office's (DOST-FPRDI's) training courses on bamboo processing. Products include handicrafts, engineered items for construction, etc.
