1.) A copy of the test report for wastewater quality with the following parameters (Chemical Oxygen Demand, PH level, Oil and Grease, Total Coliform and other related parameters). 

2.) Output data on Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Suspended Solids in your facilities

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as we do not have a wastewater facility at the moment.
