You may visit Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)-Library at HLURB Building, Kalayaan Avenue corner Mayaman Street, Quezon City and have the document photocopied.

You may also request a copy of the CLUP from the Local Government Unit of Quezon City.
