Hi I would like to request for the following CLUP of Lipa City and Tingloy Batangas as I have chosen them as my case studies  on examining how the existing DRRM systems/mechanisms of the Batangas Province accommodated the whole community approach and if it was operationalized in these systems and does it lead to differential impacts of disasters in Batangas Province especially in to increasing their adaptive capacity and make less vulnerable to disaster impacts
