I would like to request for copies of:

1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan
2. Zoning Ordinance
3. Urban and Rural Land Use Plan
4. Physical and Socio-Economic Profile
4. Maps (e.g. Topography, Soil, Vegetation, Hydrology, Public Utilities, Road Networks, Social Services, Infrastructures, etc.)

For Siquijor (esp. Lazi, Siquijor) but if you also have the documents for the whole Siquijor then that's great.

Hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact  the Local Government Unit of Lazi, Siquijor. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Comm. Melzar P. Galicia at pac@hlurb.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
