You may visit the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development-Library at HLURB Building, Kalayaan Avenue corner Mayaman St., Quezon City, and have the CLUP of Taytay, Rizal photocopied. 

You may also request the information from the Local Government Unit of Taytay, Rizal.  Thank you.
