Hi,

I am a customer who purchase a unit through bank financing from Bria Homes Trece around March 2018. At that time, we were told that after the downpayment, it usually takes 6 months to 1 year before the actual turnover can happen, which we agreed.

Up to this date, for 3 years, our hopes for a turnover is still blurry. We kept on asking for an update, through phone and face to face, and yet there is no guaranteed date yet for a turnover.

Is this request offensive?
