hi, 
As  one of the homeowner in Amaya Breeze subd Tanza Cavite, 

I'm curious  on what are the amenities included on this subdivision plan as applied to your good office. 

in other subd. The developer keeps and maintains the subd amenities until its turn over to homeowner. 
thus; 
basically we want to know if the developer is delivering service and/or amenities us clients/homeowners.
