Hi! I would like to request for a verification from your agency of this is the developer below is selling the land with legal permit the we purchased 2 yrs ago until today we are still paying. 

1. JGVILL BUILDERS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. CORP. with office address at G/F Tipolo Square, Tipolo Mandaue City. If the aforementioned business name is a registered developer.

2. If the CEO of the aforementioned developer Ma. Gina A. Villarin has a License to Sell a parcel of land of JIAVILLE RESIDENCES with covered TCT NO 102-2014003655 Lot 3765-B situated in Maghaway, Talisay City.
