Good day!

My name is Salde J. Chiquito. I am a graduate of ALS back in 2014 at iloilo City National High School. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma as I have misplaced my original copy. I am requesting for another original copy for requirements on the job im applying for. I am willing to pay any extra charges for this. 

Hope you can get back to me as soon as possible.
