I'd like to know if there's an available scholarship program for the school year 2024 that is applicable to incoming 1st year college students like me who will take a civil engineering course.

We have received your request and we are happy to inform you that there are a number of scholarship opportunities that are being offered by the University through the Office of Student Affairs and Services. However, we could not guarantee that these opportunities will still be available by next year as you have mentioned in your letter.
