Hi! I would like to know if you have 

a. List of Registered Land Surveyors in the Philippines from the 1800s, or
b. records or files that can verify that Jose Rizal, our national hero is a licensed surveyor.

If you have such file, we would gladly request for a copy as this will inform and substantiate our research proposal titled "Recovering  a Lost National Treasure - Rizal's Waterworks in Dapitan".
