I'm Ethaniel A. Obordo transferee from Jose Rizal Memorial State University (Dapitan City), I would like to request my NSTP Serial Number, because it is required in the school that I transfered, it is needed so that my NSTP 1 and 2 can be credited.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as <the University is still waiting for the serial numbers of those who have successfully completed the Reserve Officers Training Corps Component of the National Service Training Program>.
