You asked for Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 101262 dated June 22, 2010.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that the Human Resource Management Office doesn't have a copy of the document you are requesting. We tried checking for an online source but none has been found so far, not even from the CSC website.

Your right to request a review
