Good day!

I am looking for the IRR of RA 11314 created by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). I am surfing the internet to find a copy, but I can't find any. I only found an IRR promulgated by MARINA. I am trying to find it to serve as my reference.
