Hi, I am an M.S. Industrial Engineering student from Cebu and is a scholar under Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) program of the DOST.

To help me with the research I am currently undertaking (and for future studies it may contribute), it would greatly help if I can get the following information:

a. latest number of vehicles registered in Cebu (City and/or Province) 
b. reported number of vehicles from the same place which passed or failed emission testing
c. registered emission testing centers in Cebu (City and/or Province)
