Good day! I would like to inquire if the 20% fare discount granted for senior citizens also covers the fare for tricycles?

I have read R.A. 9994 Sec. 4.5 and LTFRB Memorandum Circular No. 2009-010 but there is no mention of tricycles, specifically.
