Hi! I would like to request to correct the firstname in my Covid-19 Vaccination card. The name listed is Jhonrez Adlawan Lauron But the correct spelling of it is Jhonrex Adlawan Lauron. I will be needing the correct spelling for my vaxcert for travel purposes. Kindly let me know how this issue can be resolved.
