HI! I would like to file a complaint about CRYPTOASSET.PH held by JANUS ALFONSUS TISALONA, she has scammed over 10,000 people running millions of money. We have proofs from the bought assets. This company left us hanging telling all of us that a 10million dollars was lost while trading for a night. We never have the chance to get our money back. Please help all of us to get our money. This has reference to your eFOI request dated 7 December 2021 and received by the Philippine Competition Commission (“PCC”) on the same date, denominated as “SCAMMED BY CRYPTOASSET.PH 141K (JANUS ALFONSUS TISALONA)”.

Your request

In your request, you stated that you “xxx would like to file a complaint about
CRYPTOASSET.PH [sic] held by JANUS ALFONSUS TISALONA, she has scammed over 10,000 people running millions of money [sic] xxx Please help all of us to get our money. xxx”

Your request is DENIED.

The nature of your request is not a request for information, official record/s or public record/s as defined in Section 1 of Executive Order No. 02 or operationalizing in the Executive Branch the People’s Constitutional Right to Information and the State Policies to Full Public Disclosure and Transparency in the Public Service and Providing Guidelines Therefor (“EO No. 2”).
