Good Day! 

We are currently living in Camella Homes Batal Santiago City and currently, there is only 1 ISP provider which is affiliated with the said subdivision. When we inquired we were told that PLDT, Globe, and other ISP providers are not allowed which is a clear violation of Republic Act No. 10667 which is the Philippine Competition Act. I would like to know what are the necessary steps for us to formally file a petition against this in order for other ISP providers to be available in our subdivision. 

We appreciate your help and clarification regarding this matter.
