I would like to know if the MPIC already notify the PCC for the Sumimoto's acquisition in 34.9 % stake in Metro Pacific Light Rail Corporation that holds an effective 55 percent stake in Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC).

In your request, you asked whether MPIC already notified the PCC for Sumitomo’s acquisition in 34.9% stake in Metro Pacific Light Rail Corporation that holds an effective 55 percent stake in Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) for research purposes.
