In view thereof, the undersigned is respectfully requesting your good office if it is possible that our institution be provided any digitized researches, relative to MABALACAT. Any inputs that you can share are certainly beneficial so as to attend to our clientele learning requisites amid the New Normal face -to-face restrictions

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for digitized researches, archival materials and other related files relative to MABALACAT.
We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the HERDIN PLUS.

HERDIN PLUS is the new and integrated one-stop platform for health research information in the Philippines. HERDIN PLUS platform enable users to do the following: access completed Filipiniana health researches, request full-text of researches, submit and manage proposals and clinical trial studies

Upon checking, there are three studies available at HERDIN PLUS wherein Mabalacat has been mentioned. For your easier access, you may refer to this link: https://www.herdin.ph/index.php?option=com_herdin&view=publiclistowp&layout=list&type=researches&searchstr=Mabalacat.

We have sent the guide on HERDIN PLUS Online Document Delivery Service for you to enable to request for the full text of the article (if available) at your email roel.torres@mcc.edu.ph.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Jaime C. Montoya, PCHRD Executive Director.
