April 16, 2021 Dear ROEL FELIPE, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for digitized researches, archival materials and other related files relative to MABALACAT. We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the HERDIN PLUS. HERDIN PLUS is the new and integrated one-stop platform for health research information in the Philippines. HERDIN PLUS platform enable users to do the following: access completed Filipiniana health researches, request full-text of researches, submit and manage proposals and clinical trial studies Upon checking, there are three studies available at HERDIN PLUS wherein Mabalacat has been mentioned.
