Thank you for your request dated December 18, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You are requesting a copy of the National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) 2023-2028.

The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD), a sectoral council under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is mandated to: (1) formulate policies, plans, programs, projects, and strategies for health S&T development; (2) program and allocate government and external funds for research and development (R&D); (3) monitor R&D projects; and (4) generate external funds.

With regards to your inquiry, the official copy/material of the National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) 2023-2028 booklets are currently in the process of printing and binding and will be readily available in the first quarter of 2024, we are providing you a soft copy of the themes and subthemes of the currently developed health research agenda. Please see the attached file for your reference.
