January 7, 2021 Dear Michelle Kate, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested information on Guidelines for Clinical Research Center. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance PCHRD does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact: Department of Health - Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau regarding the guidelines, policies, and requirements in planning and design of a hospital and other health facilities. The area, design and components of laboratories should be aligned to national and international biosafety guidelines depending on the required biosafety level. You may coordinate with the National Committee on Biosafety of the Philippines (http://www.ncbp.dost.gov.ph/) regarding biosafety manuals.
