Dear Ann Marielle Evarita,

This refer to your request letter of Jun 01, 2022 05:27:08 PM about the Local ordinance for environment in our Province.

We would like to inform you that our Environment code has just been enacted by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan and it is in a book form and it will be difficult to also send an ecopy since it would be a large file.  Also, based on our Revenue code, we sahll be collecting a corresponding fee for requested documents which is per page. Should you wish to continue with your request, we suggest you contact the office in charge which is the Environment Office. Kindly email them at bpenro@benguet.gov.ph.
