Sorry for the late reply.  Regarding your query, may we ask where is the source of your information? Because they might also be able to provide you the answer why our Province is considered safe. It might also be based on a survey that they have conducted. Although generally, we can say that it is safe to live here in our Province due to the cool weather and friendly people and less crimes. We hope we have helped you in your question.
