Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Architecture student from the University of the Cordilleras. I am looking for an Institutional lot in La Trinidad, Benguet that I may use for my thesis writing. To fulfill my requirements, I humbly approach your office for assistance. In line with this, I would like to request your good office assistance and permission to acquire a copy of the following documents from the city:  

1) Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), the latest edition.
