Hi! I am Engr. Laumar Grafilo, an Energy Policy and Data Researcher of Center for Energy, Ecology, and Development. I am in the process of researching and writing a paper regarding the Visayas Power Landscape. 

In line with this, I would like to request for data regarding the contracted capacity per distribution utility in Visayas for 2016-2022.

To clarify, I'm requesting the CONTRACTED CAPACITY OF THE DISTRIBUTION UTILITIES IN VISAYAS. 

Moreover, if it can be possible, I'm also requesting the covered areas per distribution utilities in Visayas. The areas where they distribute energy.
